"My wife and I bought a TV online through Mediamarkt Spain recently. We checked it when it was delivered and all seemed well. We erected the TV bracket onto the wall and upon removing the protective film from the screen, we discovered significant damage to the screen, rendering the TV unusable. There was no visible damage to the exterior of the box in which the TV was delivered, so we believe the TV was packaged in this damaged condition at source.We have tried to resolve the issue with Mediamarkt, however they are very unhelpful and profoundly unsympathetic. I would advise anyone against purchasing from Mediamarkt, I will certainly not be shopping with Mediamarkt in future after this unpleasant and extremely expensive experience. If I could submit no stars I would have done so."

"MediaMarkt ist nicht zu trauen. Ich habe am 14. Oktober eine Sp\u00fclmaschine bestellt und es wurde versprochen, dass das Produkt nach einer Woche geliefert wird. Drei Wochen sp\u00e4ter gibt es immer noch keine Informationen dar\u00fcber, wann das Produkt geliefert wird. Ich habe sie mehrmals angerufen und ihr Kundenservice macht falsche Versprechungen, dass mich jemand kontaktieren wird, um den Liefertermin zu vereinbaren. Bisher hat mich noch niemand angerufen, es werden nur leere E-Mails ohne konkrete Informationen verschickt. Ihr Online-Shop ist die gr\u00f6\u00dfte L\u00fcge und ich werde nie wieder etwas bei ihnen kaufen. Der schlechteste Kundenservice aller Zeiten!!! Und niemand wird meine verlorene Wartezeit wettmachen."
