No delivery, no explanation, no one to talk to. Customer service refuses to help.
Delivery of new refrigerator scheduled for January 10, 2025, in the morning. No delivery in the whole day; no updates, no phone calls, no email information; called three times to customer service; no response, no one to talk to that would be responsible or even helpful.
Unbelievable.
Today Saturday I am told that there will be no action until next working day.
Last time I buy from MediaMarkt.
