The worst company I have ever worked with. I have been waiting for the EUR 700 refund for a month. After I had canceled an order 3 weeks ago, they were trying to deliver it to me anyways. To deliver the order that has been canceled. Nothing is working it this organization. I have called like 5-6 times already, went to the store. But all they do is writing some emails to someone. It is just the shame to have such a large firm with so money people working and customer not being able to do anything. It seems like I would need to go to police because they are not returning my money. Moreover, they don’t even give me any proof that I indeed have requested a refund. Just crazy.
