I was scammed by MediaMarkt. Made an order on 12 of July, 2024 (more than a month ago) on their website, but haven't received it. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue, both via phone and email, I have neither received the product nor a refund. Each time I contact their Customer Support I receive the same response that they will "escalate this issue", but no results whatsoever.
