My sister who lives in Kenya ordered products for her Ostomy. All items were delivered to the wrong address in three separate boxes. 1st box wrong address and one even Fedex cannot track down. 2 box was able to reach the address 3rd address after some complaints was shipped out but to the WRONG address AGAIN. But Medical Monks will not refund the over $1200 of items!!! and basically told my sister she is SOL!!! how is this even a medical company. and the customer service rep Christine is the worst of them all. NO compassion, doesn't care about answering questions. doesn't care that the person in need is all the way in Africa and cannot access these items early. SMH.... the worst!!!!!
