“I sent back ostomy bags that were unopened. Medical Monks claims the bags were so damaged they had to be thrown away and they denied my refund. These are soft ostomy bags, not easily breakable. They also could not provide proof of the damage. I’m sure they denied my refund and resold the bags to make double the profit. Do not do business with Medical Monks.”
“This is part 2 to my dilemma with Medical Monks. My original review was posted on 9/13/2024. At that time, I had received the wrong item (male catheters instead of female catheters). My replacement order arrived on 10/3/2024 (one month after the original order) and surprise, surprise... they sent the same incorrect item again (male catheters instead of female catheters). I immediately reached out to customer service and was told he would get back with me after speaking with his manager. The response from the manager? Medical Monks will not refund my money until they receive the first incorrect order back. Mind you they never sent the promised return label until 10/4/2024 (they originally told me I would get the label in mid-September, but never did). There was no concern for the fact that I rely on these medical items... none whatsoever. Just a "send us our items back and then we will refund your money." They simply have no empathy for their customers.”
“This is the 2nd time Medical Monks has sent the wrong product. The packing slip was literally signed off on by two employees... both the puller and the packer. How did two people sign off on the wrong product?!! Unfortunately, I received my order on a Friday and the customer service rep said I would have to wait until Monday for someone from shipping to send me a return shipping form. She didn't even offer to send the correct item right away. Absolutely unacceptable since this company sells MEDICAL SUPPLIES... You know? Items that their customers need and depend on. Now I have to wait for the entire weekend before anyone will even address my order issue. “I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent purchase from Medical Monks. I ordered 20 laryngeal masks, but when the package arrived, it was missing 13 of the masks. Despite providing clear evidence, including photos of the received package and the packing slip, the customer service team refused to acknowledge their mistake. They suggested I might be lying, which was both frustrating and disrespectful.
Their lack of accountability and poor customer service have left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I expected better from a company that should prioritize customer satisfaction. I won’t be shopping here again and would advise others to be cautious when ordering from them.”

“I ordered just yesterday May 8, 2024 supplies my daughter needed for her colostomy. I have ordered from Medical Monks many times in the past. Always great delivery. Well packaged and great delivery both time wise and care of the packaging.
My daughter was being told by her medical insurance she couldn’t order these items because it was too soon! But she needed these items for a colostomy!
So I ordered these items on 5/8/2024 and selected 3-5 day delivery (shorter delivery time). She texted me today ‘Mom, the order arrived this morning’. That’s one day and these necessary items for her colostomy had arrived today in the morning of 5/9/2024!!
My sincerest thank you to Medical Monks and whomever they used for that fast a delivery time! This mother is so happy my daughter who has a colostomy because she is battling lower intestinal cancer has supplies she needs!

“The products are fine, and if you call the people are friendly. HOWEVER, heir service practices suck. When I’ve placed an order for a single item the issue didn’t come up. This thing me I ordered a few items and was prepared to wait the 5/7 shipping days.
What they DON’T communicate is that if you have to wait for one item to come into their warehouse they don’t send the shipment until everything is in - and they took a week to Ben send me an email that an item was out of stock (which it didn’t say when I ordered it). So when I called to ask where my shipment was since I’d had no other shipping news (your shipment is on its way!), THEN I was told “oh we haven’t shipped it yet”. Then I had to ask why not, etc.
I informed the polite customer service rep that this was poor business practices. She volunteered then (after I asked) that customers could request partial shipment. Uh, shouldn’t you give that option up front? And there better not be a separate shipping charge.
So now it’s going to be at least two weeks before get a bloody cannula, meanwhile the nebo using is all twisted and barely functional. Anyone have a great experience with another company they can recommend?”

Cheaper, sure ... but make sure you order with well over a month of lead time or expect to be disappointed.”
