Ordered merchandise over 3 weeks ago. Customer service is elusive and lacking any sense of urgency. Never got confirmation they actually had possession of the product to ship. After reading other horrible reviews, decided to cancel the order before I received the wrong merchandise and had a whole new monk headache to resolve. Waiting to see if my CC is credited the full amount now. Beware the brave traveler!
