“I ordered and was charged for the 19" size of 3M Prisma Promogran. The 4" size was shipped. I got a return authoriaztion and specified that I did not want a credit. I wanted the item I had ordered. A month after shipping it back, I finally got a credit to my credit card, not the correct item as requested. Their prices are reasonable but they are absolutely dismal in every aspect of customer service.”
“Ordered items are consistently delayed and never arrive on the date shown on orders. Do not purchase their products if you need them in a hurry- they are ALWAYS delayed. When you try tracking the item, it will say that the item is being delivered that day, then they send a follow up saying it will be the next day, or even later. I have notified UPS that this issue keeps happening with them. There are other more reputable medical supply companies.”

“They are cheaper than others and have "support" that likes to sound friendly, but ultimately this appears to just be a mismanaged warehouse with no accountability when they fail to ship products. Cheaper, sure ... but make sure you order with well over a month of lead time or expect to be disappointed.”
