Ordered items are consistently delayed and never arrive on the date shown on orders. Do not purchase their products if you need them in a hurry- they are ALWAYS delayed. When you try tracking the item, it will say that the item is being delivered that day, then they send a follow up saying it will be the next day, or even later. I have notified UPS that this issue keeps happening with them. There are other more reputable medical supply companies.
