Medical Monks sent out the wrong item and ack like they don’t care about them sending out the wrong item . All they worried about is me sending back the item . Instead of me receiving the correct item I paid for They communication is very poor! Their lack of accountability and poor customer service have left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I won’t be shopping here again . Had to call them 3 x so far ! They so unprofessional.
