Where do I start, what an amazing experience start to finish. From my first enquiry email, Zuzana was amazing! Made the whole process so easy and stress free. Once it was all booked and I arrived in Prague I had daily texts to inform me when my taxis were picking me up, appointment reminders and asking if I was okay before and after surgery! Using Praga Medica took the hassle of organising airport transfers and booking hotel as well as having Lukáš who was English speaking meet and look after me at the appointment and day of surgery. Surgery was amazing at Neo vize clinic, again everyone so kind and caring. Did my research and please I would recommend PragaMedica to anyone. Massive thank you to everyone! It has changed my life and is the best decision I’ve ever made going to Prague for surgery from the uk.
