From the first contact by email to Jana I found Praga Medical to be professional, prompt and really accessible for any of my queries. I took advantage of the extra package with pick up from the airport, return to airport and first appointment. The actual process at the clinic was slick, informed with excellent bi lingual aides there to ease communication. Would thoroughly recommend Pragamedica and I'm the third of my friends to have lens replacement there so that speaks volumes!
