Not good. The product did not work, and though I emailed customer service and explained that, I received no reply. When I say "didi not work" I mean that, neither with the included cord nor with batteries, it did not make the slightest sound - and it was supposed to be a noise generator. I do understand these thigs can happen - but not geting even a reply from customer service is damning.
