“Excellent! The box had come damaged with the hardware missing. They had replacement hardware via FedEx to my door in 2 days. Everything went perfectly from there.”
“Not good. The product did not work, and though I emailed customer service and explained that, I received no reply. When I say "didi not work" I mean that, neither with the included cord nor with batteries, it did not make the slightest sound - and it was supposed to be a noise generator. I do understand these thigs can happen - but not geting even a reply from customer service is damning.”

“After using a half foam roller during therapy sessions, I bought one for home use. At first it feels like I’m lying on a rock, but it really does help counter my developing dowager’s hump, and it seems to help strengthen my neck and improve my posture. The price is reasonable. I bought a black half cylinder and use it on top of a padded floor mat.”
