I thought this device was a very good idea when researching it. As a registered nurse I now consider this a incredible medication device for my mother with dementia. To be able to lock every medication and release with a two hour window is perfect. Before this she was overdosing since she did not remember taking meds. There was a slight problem once with the key insert and I requested a new machine When it came it was quite blemished I called and found out it was refurbished. I sent that back. Not happy with that part rather have new device since renting monthly. I feel the policy for that issue should resolved. Pat
