I might have been more conscious of the problems others encountered if I had read the reviews first. Fortunately, ROCKPILEL listened to my grievance and addressed it in a promptly and courteous manner. Last week, I got a complete refund, which was really helpful and exhibited the ROCKPILEL Team's dedication to responsibility and customer satisfaction.

I learnt a lot from the experience about how important it is to thoroughly investigate a business before using their services. I was quite appreciative to R O C K P I L E L as they not only honestly recognised my issue but also moved quickly to help me get the funds back. In addition to allaying my concerns, their prompt and considerate reaction demonstrated their steadfast dedication to ensuring client satisfaction.

If I had read the reviews in advance, I might have been more aware of the issues others experienced. Thankfully, R O C K P I L E L took my complaint seriously and responded promptly and professionally. I received a full refund last week, which was a huge relief and a clear indication that R O C K P I L E L, Team is committed to customer satisfaction and accountability

They did not show any respect and also made mistakes with my medications! Also they dont know how to ship there medicene!

I have not been happy with MedMinder; The pharmacist is extremely rude, unprofessional and spoke down to me. My mother has Parkinson and is bed ridden; They accused her of calling every day and being annoying; On 3 occasion's they missed delivered medication and or gave her the wrong medication without consulting the Doctor's office; I called several times to find out the process and never received a return call; I finally got someone on the phone today May 9, 2024; just awful service; I had a conversation with the Dr. and he has experienced issues with MedMinder and their staff. Moving forward I have filed a complaint with NYC against MedMinder and I have switch to another pharmacy with must more experience and being professional in their field; Also note, MedMinder is closed on the weekends which as well is not good and their delivery service is awful. Moving forward I give a ZERO review for staff and their service.

I wish someone had come up with this idea 55yrs ago. When I got epilepsy and started having seizures. Now that I've had a medminder for the past 5-6 yrs. And it's connected to my phone. I take my meds on time. When I'm scheduled to take them. I don't forget to take them nomore. Or not on time. Or not at all. And now I don't have seizures no more. Maybe 1-2 every once in awhile. But that usually means one of my meds needs to be increased a little. But like I said, I wish someone had come up with this idea 55yrs ago.

We've had Medminder's Model "Jon" since 2017 and we greatly appreciate "him". My mother has Parkinsons and needs to take her meds on a strict schedule. When she forgot pills, she would often hallucinates and got very confused - which led to her forgetting more pills. After a couple visits to the hospital we realized she was not reliable at taking her pills. Medminder was a perfect solution as it reminded her to take her pills, first gently and then with more emphasis. And we got notified if she didn't. The model "Jon" only gave her access to the pills when appropriate. We believe this ept her in her own home for way longer than she could have otherwise managed. Pros: Easy to use, easy to refill, great customer service. Cons: My mom has to take pills six times a day. Jon would only handle 4 x a day and we didn't want a second device. Every now and then the machine had problems, but the support team walked us through it OR overnighted us a new device. For example, one time the Daylight Savings Time change messed up the device.

When we first purchased Medminder in early 2022, we loved it! My mom has dementia and this machine has helped us make sure that she is taking her medication properly. On 2/18/23, the machine started acting up and not opening up the compartments properly. I called on 2/20 and they agreed to send out a new machine. I was going out of town on 2/24 and the machine didn't show up before my leaving. On 2/28, I decided to call again while I was out of town only to find out that they never shipped the new machine. They said they weren't able to print the shipping label because of the recent storm in the MA area. I was like, "Okay, but please send the new one out asap as we rely on this machine to dispense meds. Not having it means that my siblings and I have to go there 3 times a day to dispense her medication which is difficult as we all work." I was reassured that it would be shipped and I should have it within a few days. I did receive the new machine and installed it at my mom's on 3/3. On 3/5, the machine started acting up again. My mom would take her meds and the machine didn't recognize that she took them and would start beeping as if the meds were never taken. I called back over to tech support at Medminder, spoke to Stephen, and through troubleshooting steps determined that the machine wasn't recognizing the weight of the cup upon returning it back into the machine which was causing it to send off more notifications along with beeping, phone calls etc. Stephen reassured me that he would talk to management in the morning and expedite the shipping of another machine. He also told me he would call me to let me know the tracking number of the shipper if he was able to get it which they typically do not do. I never heard from Stephen today so I called him. He then told me that the machine would be shipped by standard mail ( which is about 3 days) but couldn't tell me if it was shipped today or not. He then proceeded to make it seem like it wasn't a big deal if the machine was delayed in being shipped because the machine was releasing the medication, it just didn't know when to shut off. However, that is no longer the case. As of today, the machine no longer opened up the compartments to the medication which means that all caregivers have to use the machine key to give my mom her medication. This is a huge inconvenience! I hope that the next machine will work properly and we can go back to the previous routine. After today's discussion with Stephen, I was very disappointed at his lack of interest in getting this resolved sooner than later. He wasn't accommodating anymore and was rude. Maybe he was surprised that I called him back today when I didn't hear from him. All I can say to Stephen and the Medmider team is don't tell your customers that you will follow up with them and then not call them back. It's horrible customer service and honestly, after all this trouble trying to get this system up and running, you owe us at a minimum a refund of the monthly monitoring fee. I sang your praises for the first year of using this product. Told all my friends with elderly parents about it. Posted the product link on my FB page to share with my clients, family and friends- but not anymore. Shame on you Medminder for poor customer service and follow-up.

Best invention ever for the elderly. My father recently experience a brain injury and for several months could not recall the date or day. He often either over medicated or under medicated sometime taking multiple daily doses or none at all. With minimal effort the MedMinder was setup and now I have peace of mind. The online features are remarkable. I live out of state and can manage and audit his activity which makes this product a life-saver for us. Thank you so much.

Medminder pillbox has been very good for my Mom. The pillbox sits right next to her in her den and lights up when it is time to take her meds. So simple! She really likes the photos we have uploaded to her pillbox and we are looking forward to the future addition of facetime. We have had to call for support a couple of times and they have been great.

We have had an incredible experience using Medminder. The customer service has been exceptional. The product has worked exactly as described. I must say I was skeptical that it would work, but it has surpassed my expectations.

Customer service is very patient and always tries to help. The weekly experience with the machine opening on the wrong day and MedMinder’s technical inability to fix it over many weeks has been a huge disappointment. I would recommend MM, but with a big dose of caution. This is the third machine I have tried out in the market. There are simply no perfect solutions for a very challenging problem.

Still have no access to any settings I could not set this up and had to call to get assistance. I get a phone call, text and email ONE min after the med time - twice a day everyday !!
