“I honestly don’t know what I would have done without Thomas. I was feeling completely stuck and anxious, but they met me with patience, care, and understanding from the very beginning. They guided me through every step, explaining everything clearly and making sure I never felt lost. It wasn’t just their knowledge that stood out—it was their kindness and steady reassurance that made all the difference. So grateful for everything they did to help me through.”

“I have not been happy with MedMinder; The pharmacist is extremely rude, unprofessional and spoke down to me. My mother has Parkinson and is bed ridden; They accused her of calling every day and being annoying; On 3 occasion's they missed delivered medication and or gave her the wrong medication without consulting the Doctor's office; I called several times to find out the process and never received a return call; I finally got someone on the phone today May 9, 2024; just awful service; I had a conversation with the Dr. and he has experienced issues with MedMinder and their staff. Moving forward I have filed a complaint with NYC against MedMinder and I have switch to another pharmacy with must more experience and being professional in their field; Also note, MedMinder is closed on the weekends which as well is not good and their delivery service is awful. Moving forward I give a ZERO review for staff and their service.”
