Customer service is very patient and always tries to help. The weekly experience with the machine opening on the wrong day and MedMinder’s technical inability to fix it over many weeks has been a huge disappointment. I would recommend MM, but with a big dose of caution. This is the third machine I have tried out in the market. There are simply no perfect solutions for a very challenging problem.

Still have no access to any settings I could not set this up and had to call to get assistance. I get a phone call, text and email ONE min after the med time - twice a day everyday !!

Great idea and design. Set up and operating instructions are confusing to me and the screen is small. Your help desk has been able to assist.

Great features but problems with weak signal. When calling for help with problems told we have to be at machine to resolve which is difficult since all 3 caregivers don’t live close. Do you have a troubleshooting manual for caregivers?

Have used MedMinder for my parents for several years. Recently our units needed to be replaced due to a software upgrade. New units do not function correctly with personal greetings which we used on original units. Overall system is good, but new upgrade is disappointing.

Product is a great concept, but quality and reliability of productis lacking. Customer support is limited in their abilty to fix issues that are inherint to the design. Too bad the company doesn't utilize customers for product improvement feedback. This could be a great product.

During our first week we experienced several problems. Fortunately customer service is helpful and responsive. And it helped that I am somewhat technically experienced. If my mom had to try to troubleshoot the problems with the box, forget it! One of the main reasons I went with this pillbox and this company is because it also offered the med alert wristband. However, my 95 year old mom has a difficult time pressing the button on the wristband hard enough to make it work. After working with someone over the phone, she said she would send the pendant for her (which I thought was supposed to come along WITH the wristband but didn't) and over a week later we still have not received the pendant. So I'll have to call to follow up on that. On the upside, while working to resolve the pillbox issues, the agent I spoke to (Charlie?) we extremely helpful and pleasant to work with.
