This has saved us so much frustration. My mother is taking her meds regularly with way fewer misses. The first unit we received was a little wonky; the lids were difficult to open and started to break, and I was not getting text alerts. The customer serve was excellent and a new unit was shipped quickly. We do not use the phone alerts to the patient nor the medallion.
