Courier person are not helpful now we can't available at per your courier person concern they told us directly u need to available as per there schedule or else they cancelled our order lot of customer are also working they might be not available in morning not allowed with phone so after 4:30 or after 5 pm if they are available so in this regards don't u think person should be helpful and polite and should support regarding order as per the customer availability.They have no humanity at all treat us like dog and cancelled our order as per there concern saying that once we call u need to be available as per our timings.Is this the way to talk to the customer.You need to take action against your courier agent and teach them how to talk straigtway saying no commanding us speak with meesho .
