“Never use this app. I experienced unprofessionalism twice. I made a prepaid order. The product was out for delivery, but the delivery boy called and said, "If you give the OTP, I'll come and deliver tomorrow." Later he added, "I'll not deliver your product, do whatever you can." When I contacted the customer support, they were always like "We're looking into it." My order got cancelled without being delivered. They're doing the same with different customers. This app isn't worth installing.”
