“I have bought set of two glass vases, which was delivered on 23rd of May. One of them was perfect and other was completely broken. I initiated the return and was supposed to be picked up on 24th, then they made it 25th then 27th, then 29th, 30th ....and so on. But yet to be picked up. Very very bad service”
“No update or solution is being provided from meesho customer support very disappointing same reply "we are working on it" from many days no response and reason of delay in delivery is being given for so many orders pending since so many days..... and no complaint is being listen regarding the courier partner valmo whose all products delivery are late or till now not even done irrespective they reached the city the order to be delivered before the delivery time.....very very poor service and very unprofessional of meesho customer service as well highly disappointed... even with higher management no response or solution given....”
