“I ordered a saree from Meesho but did not like it, so I requested a return. When the courier agent came to pick up the return, he behaved very rudely and spoke in an inappropriate manner. When I politely asked him to speak properly and calmly, he became even more disrespectful and said he would not take the return. He also told me to complain wherever I want and that he does not care.
Meesho is a very good platform and usually delivery agents are polite, but experiences like this create a very bad impression. This was my first such bad experience. I request Meesho to please ensure that well-mannered and professional agents are sent for return pickups in the future.”
“I never place order with meesho payment later but it keeps showing due amount of rs 74 and even blocked mesho app on my phone for non payment. No response on customer support.bad customer care service.very disappointed βΉοΈβΉοΈ”
“Very hopeless service , very pathetic service, and for missing products refund waiting from 7 days no response, every time asking me to wait for 24hrs , I don't recommend meesho , they are very eager to take money from customers , when time comes for returning money for there own mistakes there 24hrs don't come only.now I have given 1 rating, if there is any minus points I would have given that.”

“First impression is the last impression. This is so true. First time I ordered and got a BAD experience. I ordered 10 skirts but received only 1. I raised the issue same day. It's been 2 weeks now and my issue is still UNRESOLVED.
Pathetic service and customer care, not helpful at all. They keep on saying we have escalated your issue and will provide timely response but there's NO proper response.
I would never buy from this app.”
