“The delivery is too long and delayed. I placed an order online prepaid o last month Nov 21 the items has not received yet. Called Meesho several times but assuring only they will deliver it in 2 days time. I also have a return item today but the delivery partner didn't even call or send me SMS. This is ridiculous and had caused too much inconvenience on the customer. This never happened to any other shopping site only on Meesho. Their courier partner or service was bad! It's really a bad experience. Please improve your service Meesho we are dissatisfied and disappointed”

“Never use this app. I experienced unprofessionalism twice. I made a prepaid order. The product was out for delivery, but the delivery boy called and said, "If you give the OTP, I'll come and deliver tomorrow." Later he added, "I'll not deliver your product, do whatever you can." When I contacted the customer support, they were always like "We're looking into it." My order got cancelled without being delivered. They're doing the same with different customers. This app isn't worth installing.”
