“Many suppliers in Meesho are fraud and Meesho encouraging such suppliers by cooperating with them. They send wrong products & harass the customer by not accepting the wrong product back. Time & again Meesho supplier is sending me wrong product. Just few days back I got refund for a product after nearly 10 days that too after my follow ups. This time the seller initiated the exchange & declined it after nearly a week. Meesho is assisting fraud suppliers for reasons best known to them.”

They cheated me two times. Once I ordered an ornament and they delivered sand in the box, we did open the box since it was a gift to someone. When we contacted them they did respond properly and didn't get any replacement or money back.
Second, We have ordered a product after online payment. Since my family doesn't know that I paid through online. Again the delivery person collected the money by saying this was cash cash-only delivery. Fraud delivery employee. After contacting the seller or meesho didn't pay back any money. I have removed the Meesho/fraudsho app and telling to all my friends not to believe this company anymore.”

I ordered pink anarkali dress of rupees 717 rupees and i received a blue colour dirty used saari, and if I applied for return request they are cancelling it even the return policy is 7 days, if asked for refund on customer care call they're not accepting it, they're are repeating multiple times that sorry we can not do it.
This thing is very bad, I wasted 717 rupees. You buy something and you get something else, never ever purchase from this fraud meesho”
