My experience with @meetalfredofficial has been disappointing. We faced technical issues with our paid accounts, including email bounces and reconnection problems. Despite reaching out, MeetAlfred's support was unavailable until January, and our subsequent cancellation request was met with a refusal for a refund, citing a No Refund Policy. This response was disheartening, especially given the service issues and lack of support. Additionally, our requests for past charge invoices were ignored, and communication ceased after account deactivation. Due to these unresolved problems and poor customer service, we are forced to cancel all our accounts with MeetAlfred.
