“My experience with @meetalfredofficial has been disappointing. We faced technical issues with our paid accounts, including email bounces and reconnection problems.
Despite reaching out, MeetAlfred's support was unavailable until January, and our subsequent cancellation request was met with a refusal for a refund, citing a No Refund Policy.
This response was disheartening, especially given the service issues and lack of support. Additionally, our requests for past charge invoices were ignored, and communication ceased after account deactivation.
Due to these unresolved problems and poor customer service, we are forced to cancel all our accounts with MeetAlfred. Avoid these scammers at all costs!

“Do not use this product. I need to log in daily to fix connection issues. When I contact support (for over 6 months) they've provided the canned response: "this is a known issue and we're working on it"...but never do. Your LinkedIn account can be banned by using this product (mine was restricted). It is a terrible product, even worse support and it's not worth the risk.”

This company is NOT to be trusted. Their system breaches the majority of Linkedin's terms, and what they don't tell you is that using it WILL result in your Linkedin account being Suspended and Permantently Banned. At which point, they don't actually care, because they've taken your money - but worse than that will continue to auto-renew future payments even though you are no longer using the software.
You will be passed to Katrina, Rhea and Rica (not even sure these are real accounts) who will reply with a stock response as to why they continue to take payments even after the service as stopped. And non of them will care about ruining your account or charging your card for services they know aren't being provided.
If anyone would like to speak to me directly about my experience feel free to get in touch - I'd hate to see anyone else suffer at the hands of this company.
If you google it, you'll see many other reviews with similar feedback - it's simply not worth losing your account or money. Avoid this company at all costs.”
