We traveled trough Europe with a Megatravel tour. The guides were very helpful and saved the experience. BUT the hotels were way cheaper than the ones that they offered when we payed. The final itinerary was sent to us only 3 days before the flight and the hotels were al changed for cheaper ones and very far from the touristic areas of the city resulting on us paying a lot in Uber fares and wasting time that was upsetting and disappointing, we sent emails and didn't have any response.
