La mayoría del viaje fue una pesadilla. Demasiado para explicar en unas cuántas líneas. Una compañera de la excursión le llamo a su esposo para que suspendiera la excursión y tomara el siguiente vuelo de regreso a Mexico. Compramos el tour a través de Liverpool con el nombre del Corte Inglés pensando que estas compañías se asociaban sólo con compañías serias y de buena reputación. Gran gran error! Most of the trip was a nightmare. Too much to describe in just a paragraph. A lady in the tour could not take it anymore. Called her husband to get his approval to stop the tour and take the next flight back to Mexico.

We really had a bad experience. Bad bad bad. The hotels horrible. They change the hotels. Customer service the worst.

Booked a trip from Mexico City to Bogota, Medellin and Cartagena for a week. It was a tour from hell. As many pointed out, we didn’t get any hotel information until 3 days before leaving. We were promised the info 2 weeks out.. then 1 week out.. They booked the cheapest worst flights. We had to be at the airport at 3:30am for our flight. So we didn’t really get much sleep. Then we land in Bogota at 10:30 am and instead of going to the hotel, they take us directly to a restaurant and then start the tour.. no sleep.. the 1st stop of the tour was 45 min in a gift shop.. I didn’t come all the way to Colombia on a tour to be taken to a gift shop.. had “commission” written all over it. We visited a couple museums and then taken up to Monserrat. We wasted so much time we got caught in the 2 hr wait to come back down the mountain via cable car. It was dark and cold by then. They had us scheduled off the next day but pushed us hard to pay extra to go to other places. It irritated me that we paid $1000’s of dollars to a tour company that only worked half the time and wanted to be paid more money to do what we paid them already for. The hotel was OK. THEN they had us up at 3:45 am to be loaded on the bus again for a ridiculously early flight to Medellin where we landed at 7am and started the tour. By 9 am we were starving and sleepy but they kept going.. a train ride.. a cable car ride, another stop in a gift shop.. no organization. No “meet back here at 1pm.” Just a cluster of people randomly coming and going.. so what should take 30 min tool 1.5 hrs. The female guide was horrible. Just “let’s go”.. no history.. nothing. Even her assistant apologized for her lack of experience. By 3 pm we hadn’t eaten and started to revolt. Most of the 30 just wanted to go to the hotel and sleep. So she took a vote.,go to the hotel or go to one more stop. 26 said hotel, 4 said another stop.. so we went to the next lame stop. Why take a vote?? At 4:30 our rooms still weren’t ready. The next day we were off of course and they tried to sell us a tour on our tour.. at least flying to Cartagena was a reasonable hour. We started the tour immediately and of course spent 45 min in a jewelry shop.. and the next day off.. would not recommend this tour company at all. It’s whatever is convenient and cheapest for them.

Unbelievably poor experience with this company, I would recommend to avoid them at any costs. My flight was canceled during COVID times more than 2 years and since then I've been waiting for refund. I also gave them an opportunity to provide me with a voucher, but they simply did nothing and all my request are dealt with by a message saying "Please be patient, the airline hasn't responded". And once you go to the airline, they can't deal with you because your ticket was issued by an agent. Avoid them at all costs and in case of any issues better consider a legal action straight away otherwise you won't receive anything from them. Also in case of even a small problem they will take days to respond to even a single problem.

We traveled trough Europe with a Megatravel tour. The guides were very helpful and saved the experience. BUT the hotels were way cheaper than the ones that they offered when we payed. The final itinerary was sent to us only 3 days before the flight and the hotels were al changed for cheaper ones and very far from the touristic areas of the city resulting on us paying a lot in Uber fares and wasting time that was upsetting and disappointing, we sent emails and didn't have any response. Hi all booked my ticket from the company "MEGA TRAVEL SERVICES second time calling them on their company number 02031376960 and I had not enough amount to pay for my family ticket when i discussed same with the manager of the company, he issued my family ticket with half amount and advised me to pay balance amount of almost 1800 pounds before a week I fly. I have also seen other company they do not issue the ticket in advance if they do not get full amount but this company has done really good to save my ticket. I recommended all the people who fly to use this company for cheap rate and good customer services
