“I went to Turkey, and I advise not to take Mega Travel services, The guide yelled extremely aggressive to our 6 personas group for not taking the extra tour. The same guide lied to get the tip saying it was a tax payment. The company said they new nothing and could not help with that fraud. The hotels are one hour away from the tourist areas and scare clients all the time saying the country is insecure.They only worry about making more money in the destinations and take clients to buy instead of letting them go to the real tourists areas .”

Una compañera de la excursión le llamo a su esposo para que suspendiera la excursión y tomara el siguiente vuelo de regreso a Mexico. Compramos el tour a través de Liverpool con el nombre del Corte Inglés pensando que estas compañías se asociaban sólo con compañías serias y de buena reputación. Gran gran error!
Most of the trip was a nightmare. Too much to describe in just a paragraph. A lady in the tour could not take it anymore. Called her husband to get his approval to stop the tour and take the next flight back to Mexico.”
“Unbelievably poor experience with this company, I would recommend to avoid them at any costs. My flight was canceled during COVID times more than 2 years and since then I've been waiting for refund. I also gave them an opportunity to provide me with a voucher, but they simply did nothing and all my request are dealt with by a message saying "Please be patient, the airline hasn't responded". And once you go to the airline, they can't deal with you because your ticket was issued by an agent. Avoid them at all costs and in case of any issues better consider a legal action straight away otherwise you won't receive anything from them. Also in case of even a small problem they will take days to respond to even a single problem.”
