I wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering from this company. The chelated copper product is as described, but the customer service is woeful! If you don’t need your order for 2 to 3 weeks, then Megavitamins is the company for you. Not only did it take 2 weeks to ship, it then took a week to get to Brisbane due to it being Christmas. Customer service replied to my first email but ignored my subsequent email. This delay negatively impacted my health as I was severely copper deficient and NEEDED the supplement ASAP. All that was required was an honest reply to my email enquiry and this review might have been different.
