Absolutely without fail the worst customer service I have come across.
My parcel has been missing for a week with Australia post and they have refused to send a replacement despite the fact I have a medical condition and require the product to eat.
For 4 days I have been calling them in tears begging for someone to help me and the most I ever get is "someone will call you back" .... 4 days later no one has called me back and I'm limited with the food i can eat.b
I tried to buy within Australia and support local business but never again.
