Where to start? No shipping email, no response to using their 'contact' form. Using their online chat was laughable as the operator "Rachael" just disappeared with no response. I then called and was given some dodgy sounding excuses about Oz post being the problem. The guy then hung up on me!! I get that business is tricky and possibly difficult atm but seriously.. Just wow. 0/5.
