I ordered 5 items and was send only 4 (but was still charged for all 5). I sent a polite email asking if the last item would be shipped separately or if I would be refunded. I received no response. I have lodged a chargeback request with my back for payment. I suggest anyone who has been ripped off by Megavitamins to do the same. It is the only way you will get your money back and hopefully the credit card companies will put a stop to their shady business.
