I was having problems with delivery from FedEx. My package wasn’t even late yet, was just questioning why it was on the opposite side of the country and expressed the urgency of my package. Caroline was extremely helpful in overnight shipping me a new hat with no extra cost! Thank you guys for great customer service and care!
