Very quick delivery and good customer service. I stupidly put an incorrect postcode on my delivery address but they contacted me to advise. My only criticism would be with the documentation that comes with Melitta products. I have bought a 5 cup filter machine and it comes with a pretty brief and to the point instruction book. I would have liked more I think. Maybe a guide on how to make lattes for example (assuming that you already own a milk frother). I also think it would have been nice if the pack contained a small sample of filters. These are just nice to haves though.
