Loving our machine , purchased this model as present for husband , I like my coffee really hot and can adjust temp to suit both me and husband who likes his cooler, tried coffees from other machines and always been disappointed with temperatures of coffee, not with this one , high temp setting is great, also like being able to use two different beans and also ground coffee. Getting used to all the menu settings takes a bit of time but worth the effort to get your custom coffee . Only down side is the machine has warnings for no beans, no water, full drip tray etc but has no warning if you forget to connect milk hose and select a coffee that needs milk, steam billows out and haven't figured out yet how to stop machine or if it is even possible? Other than that I'm really pleased with purchase.
