Simple efficient service, once the online order was accepted. I did need to e-mail to customer services as the order was showing out of stock, when it was not. The e-mails were promptly answered. Although offered a free bag of filters with the order, the online order did not allow this. A quick e-mail and the filters have been sent in the post, I await delivery. Courier delivery extremely prompt. Pricing very competitive. This is my second Melitta filter machine, the last gave me over thirty years service. My expectations have been set!
