I ordered my Melitta Single 5 coffee machine on-line. I had a couple of difficulties with the ordering, this were quickly resolved when I e-Mailed the customer services team. The machine was delivered next day. I was offered a free box of coffee filters, this option did not work, so I e-mailed customer services who have advised that one is in the post. The machine was delivered next day by DPD, who are very efficient. I ordered this model because the dimensions fitted the storage cupboard where it will be stored. It replaces a Melitta of 30 years service so has something to beat. It is easy to use and makes a fine cup of coffee. I like to removable filter container which makes disposal of used filters much easier. It makes 3 large coffees with ease. I look forward to thirty years of service.
