Takes a bit of time to get the coffee strength and amount right and the amount of milk right, but it is worth the effort. Makes a lovely coffee, but as with all German coffee machines you will need to microwave the drink afterwards (I put it in for 20 seconds for 2 drinks) to get it hot.
