All that needs to be said is it is an excellent machine that makes excellent coffee!! Only criticism I have is that when selecting to make a custom recipe you cannot select to have a combination of hot milk and frothed milk which would reduce the amount of froth which settles on top. I think you can get around this by adjusting and saving from the cafe creme recipe but you still seems like it should have this option for a machine which does everything else so superbly
