The servicewas great and the product also but for one issue. The level markers on the water tank are next to impossible to see.
Cant wait until a machine that doesn’t drain all the water each time but takes according to the cups numbers required only. Then there would be no chance of getting watery coffee and it would not need filling each and every time it is used.
