I was lucky enough to have received one of your lovely coffee machines as a Christmas present. I absolutely love it. Easy to set up and use. Versatile and quick. Easy to descale. I was however upset when the jug fell and broke but a replacement was so easy to obtain. We are now enjoying coffee and appreciating it even more during restricted time indoors. Highly recommend this product.
