I bought a Melitta Optima Timer a couple of years ago and have absolutely adored it. Just a few weeks before the warranty was up, it died, and I was gutted. I emailed Melitta asking what to do, and I provided proof of purchase and proof that I'd been using all of their branded products with the machine - so it had been well looked after. Within 24 hours, I got a call from Sharon at the Telford office, who was wonderfully friendly. She arranged a replacement, and in 3 days I was enjoying a brew from my new machine. Absolutely superb products, and superb customer service. I can't recommend Melitta highly enough. They're a breath of fresh air in these otherwise apathetic times. Well done team Melitta!
