My Melitta filter coffee machine is excellent. I adore coffee and have tried other machines including Beans to Cup, as well as cafetieres. My Melitta by far makes the best coffee. It is also very easy to clean (much easier than a cafetiere). Needing to buy filters and descaling tablets from Melitta UK, customer service was excellent. I was notified quickly when out of stock items came back in (a matter of days) and the order was delivered promptly.
