I have been super impressed with Melitta and their customer service. My trusty Melitta Molino coffee grinder recently failed on me, and I contacted Melitta directly for some advice, and to try and buy a spare part. The liaised with Sharon and she was fantastic in helping me. She informed me that if I had purchased the machine within two years it was covered under a guarantee, and promptly made arrangements to get a replacement out to me the same week. I really was not expecting this - thank you. The grinder is also very good and would recommend this to anyone looking for a small and compact machine.
