I have found Melitta to be a very customer friendly, helpful company. I feel I really messed them a lot with my order as I changed my mind twice and they were always happy to accommodate me as soon as they were able. I would not hesitate to buy from them again in the future. This is my second melitta machine and I love it so much that I no longer buy a take away coffee on my way to work and make sure I have time to have one at home instead.
