In my email from Melitta asking for my feedback there is the line "we hope everyday is full of coffee enjoyment!" And basically, since buying this machine,everyday is filled with coffee enjoyment. In fact it's almost too easy to get great coffee to thr point that I need to force myself to drink other drinks! This is a great machine that is really easy to use and to clean! Currently I cannot fault it!
