Earlier this year I bought an Easy Filter coffee machine from the Melitta website, and it's been great value for money - until I recently broke the jug. I ordered a replacement which seemed to be the same as the original, but it wasn't. However Melitta very helpfully organised a free collection and a 10% discount on a new machine, so now we have a complete Easy Filter coffee machine again - as long as I'm careful with the jug! Many thanks Melitta for a speedy solution.
