The machine makes lovely coffee although not as hot as we'd like. It also wasn't clear on ordering that you would need cleaning tablets. It would be useful to have a pot in the coffee grounds tray so you can lift that out to put the coffee grounds in the bin, rather than having to put your hand over the grounds as you tip the waste water into the sink. Otherwise a great little machine.
