We recently purchased a Melitta Easy straight from Melitta. Very good service and the coffee machine is excellent - very simple and just works. My only criticism of it is that the water scale on the reservoir is hard to see without adequate light and even harder to see the water level. The scale could do with being black for contrast. I may end up highlighting with black felt-tip marker. But a minor criticism. The machine is SO much better than the horrible Delonghi one it replaced.
